Participation of experienced employees aged 55+ via a mentoring programme in companies
In this sub-project we promote the participation of experienced employees (55+) within regional companies and institutions. We understand participation to be the good feeling of seeing yourself as part of the business and, in doing so, gaining recognition, trust and appreciation. Feelings of belonging as well as loyalty to the companies can be strengthened in this way.
The practical aids we have developed provide recommendations for healthy behaviour and conditions at the workplace. They are designed primarily to compensate for the strains associated with working on computer screens.
